How do I know I will get a reservation?
The Inland Yacht Club ® maintains a reservations system to monitor availability for owners. You can make reservations up to a year in advance via telephone or email, with an online (web-based) system coming online this Summer of 2005.

What is my personal liability?
Your ownership liability is managed and protected by the houseboat LLC.

What about financing?
We can arrange 10% down - 48 month - 9.9% interest financing to qualified applicants.

Who may purchase a houseboat membership?
To qualify all applicants must be over 25, and have established a credit-worthiness if we are to finance your purchase.

What happens at the end of my 5 year ownership?
The management company sells the houseboat and you receive a small amount back.
