How it works
Inland Yacht Club ® was designed to eliminate the hassles that accompany houseboating, while allowing for the privileges of houseboat ownership. Our program allows individuals to purchase a participating interest in a houseboat through a Limited Liability Company (LLC), making you an owner and member of the Inland Yacht Club ®. As a member, you are entitled to use a luxury houseboat anytime* simply by making a reservation on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Vacation anytime, anywhere
Owners are entitled to an annual allocation of points for use when scheduling their vacations. You may vacation for an entire week, a mid-week or for a weekend, enabling you to attain the greatest level of use. The choice is yours! If you lack enough points for a specific vacation, or if you do not want to vacation this year, no problem. Points can be rolled-over or borrowed from the next year, allowing you and your family to vacation on your schedule. Out of points? No problem, ask about our Bonus Time program!

To maintain the highest standards for houseboating, Inland Yacht Club ® requires all owners to pay an annual Maintenance Fee. This fee covers such costs as moorage, insurance, taxes and licenses, as well as engine and furniture replacement escrow.
