In 1995, Inland Yacht Club ® (IYC) pioneered and introduced the first multi-owner houseboating program, permitting the use of luxury houseboats on some of the most beautiful lakes in the world by those purchasing Participating Interests in our houseboats.

Comparatively inexpensive by design, our program complies with the Corps of Engineers, permitting scores of multiple owners to enjoy houseboating anytime. Owners can schedule week-long vacationing adventures, short "get away" weekends, or quiet mid-week outings up to a year in advance. We handle the details -- you vacation in style!

IYC houseboat ownerships are sold exclusively by United Sales Support, LLC. Unlike "time-sharing", our program allows candidates to purchase a Participating Interest in a luxury houseboat through a Limited Liability Company (LLC). The ownership forms an association which arranges for the full management of the houseboat with Yacht Management, Inc. and joins a reservation club for the benefit of the multiple owners, relieving them of all management and scheduling responsibilities.

Today, IYC maintains a fleet luxurious multi-owner houseboats on Lake Cumberland -- with more lakes planned -- and we continue to innovate. Even as houseboat rental costs (and gas prices) continue to rise, our program becomes more affordable. This summer (2004) we introduced low-cost Participating Interests, and we are developing an online "real-time" reservation system for our owners.
